Cognisphere Privacy Notice
This is transparent Development wording, not final Production legal text. Cognisphere Production remains closed.
Development draft. Cognisphere stores account, participant, Knowledge Asset, assessment, suggestion, discussion, evidence metadata, policy acceptance, and safety-report information needed for governed workflows. Public official content is visible publicly; private drafts and protected records remain restricted. When a contributor explicitly selects Generate Draft or Regenerate Draft, Cognisphere sends only that saved private draft's title and original narrative, together with Cognisphere's structuring instructions, to the configured AI provider. Supporting Evidence, assessments, Improvement Suggestions, comments, participant identity, account data, credentials, and recovery information are not sent for this use case. The contributor can choose Save Draft without starting external AI processing and must review AI-assisted output before approving and submitting a Knowledge Asset. Cognisphere explicitly disables provider-side stored output for this operation. Under the currently documented Standard API data posture, API data is not used to train provider models unless the customer explicitly opts in; Cognisphere does not opt in for Release 1. Prompts and responses may nevertheless be retained in provider abuse-monitoring logs for up to 30 days unless a different approved data-control arrangement applies. Cognisphere does not claim Zero Data Retention. Application diagnostics exclude raw narratives, generated responses, Supporting Evidence content, private assessments, Improvement Suggestions, comments, credentials, and tokens. Final Production privacy wording, retention schedules, contacts, jurisdiction details, and qualified legal approval remain pending.
